WHAT IS AN ENERGY-SAVING DRYER?

RAPID HEATING AND STABLE OPERATION

Test data at the same ambient temperature of 21'c and set temperature of 120'c. Taking 10 100KG hoppers as an example, working 26 days a month and 24 hours a day, the test data is:
  • Power saving per hour: 2.4 degrees
  • The daily power saving is 24 hours * 2.4 degrees= 57.6 degrees.
  • The annual power saving is: 57.6 kWh * 26 days * 12 months= 17971.2 kWh
  • The annual power saving of 10 units is 17971.2 kWh * 10 units = 179712 kWh
