The working principle of industrial chiller is mainly based on vapor compression refrigeration, that is, the liquid refrigerant absorbs heat when it vaporizes and releases heat when the steam condenses. In refrigeration technology, evaporation refers to the process of liquid refrigerant turning into gas when it reaches boiling. The liquid must absorb heat energy from the outside to turn into gas, so it is an endothermic process. The temperature at which the liquid refrigerant evaporates is called the evaporation temperature, and condensation refers to the cooling of the steam to equal to or below the saturation temperature, which can convert the steam into liquid. This process releases a lot of heat energy and is a key link in heat emission in the refrigeration cycle. 

Industrial chillers provide constant temperature, constant flow and constant pressure chilled water for various industrial equipment through this refrigeration cycle. Therefore, in actual application, the operator needs to first inject a certain amount of water into the internal water tank of the chiller. Then, the refrigeration system of the industrial chiller will cool the water to the required temperature. Subsequently, the water pump will transport the low-temperature frozen water to the equipment that needs to be cooled. The chilled water absorbs heat inside the equipment, takes away the heat generated by the equipment, and then returns the high-temperature hot water to the water tank for further cooling. In this way, the cooling cycle is exchanged to achieve the effect of cooling the equipment.
